Return rules

Terms of return for items sold at the www.fzonejewelry.com store.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 30 days by notifying the Seller: ieva@fzone.lt or by phone +370 606 66444
Simply return the goods in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Provide your shipping bill as proof of purchase. The Buyer shall notify the Seller about the withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement by filling in the e-mail the letter. Upon receipt of the Buyer's request, the Seller shall send an acknowledgment of receipt within 1 business day;
The returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging;
The product must not have lost its commercial appearance, the label must not be damaged;
Please note that initial delivery charges (if applicable) will only be refunded for defective goods, goods that are not described, or incorrect.
